region, with some hints of caramel, cocoa and earthiness.
down near the southern edge of Mexico, the Chiapas region is right on
the border of Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, so the coffees share
some similar traits. We apply our light-medium roast to these beans
to maximize sweetness and allow all the flavor notes to shine
