Superior, this blend is rich, bold and spectacular. This is a
full bodied coffee, highlighted with dark chocolate flavors, and a
caramelized sugar reminiscent of molasses.
Dark is comprised of high grown Central and South American coffees.
Beans from higher elevations typically have a greater density and can
withstand the rigors of a dark roast. This allows for the essence of
the coffee's flavours to remain in the taste profile – something
that is typically lost with many darker roasts.
N.B. Darker coffees weigh slightly less due to a higher degree of moisture loss from longer roasting times. Coffee volume remains the same.
